Bonjour mon cardio voudrait me faire une ablation de ma FA car mon arythmie persiste malgré bisoprolol 10mg et diltiazem 90lp ( je ne supporte plus ce dernier). J'oubliais je suis sous Eliquis matin et soir. J'aimerais en savoir un peu plus sur cette intervention et si les résultats obtenus ont résolus vos problèmes. Merci pour vos commentaires

J'ai eu 3 ablations sans résultat, maintenant j'ai un pacemaker et enfin ça marche

Moi 1er ablation vendredi prochain car mon traitement ne fonctionne pas vous avait mis du temps à vous remettre de cette opération merci a vous

Merci pour votre réponse. Pour le moment le chirurgien vient de me mettre sous Cordarone à la place du bisoprolol mais il prévoit quand même une cardioversion fin janvier et l'ablation au mois de mars. Joyeuses fêtes et bonne continuation 🎉🎉

Bonsoir, 

Tout d'abord, très bonne année à tous.

Je dois subir une ablation de FA en Janvier et je suis extrêmement partagée sur l'utilité de la chose au vu des possibles conséquences d'une telle opération. La dernière forte crise date de Septembre. Je prends de la Flecaine 200 lp, de l'eliquis 5mg matin et soir. J'ai fait 3 crises sérieuses en 10 ans. J'aurais besoin de vos expériences pour me décider à poursuivre la démarche parce que disons-le, j'ai peur.

Bonjour et bonne Année à tous . Moi aussi je me pose des questions sur cette intervention que je dois subir en mars prochain. J'ai une fa permanente et je prends de la cordarone 200mg 2cps le matin du bisoprolol 5mg de l'eliquis 5mg matin et soir et l'on rajoute du lasylix 40 mg. J'ai eu une cardioversion qui n'a pas marchée . Le chirurgien me dit que l'ablation serait la solution pour éradiquer cette fa mais en même temps me fait remarquer que ça peut ne pas marcher du premier coup d'où mes doutes sur cette intervention. Si le résultat est identique à la cardioversion cela vaut il le coup de prendre autant de risques??? Si quelqu'un s'est trouvé dans la même situation j'aimerais bien qu'il m'éclaire. J'ai subi une ablation de ma fibrillation auriculaire en juin 2012. Je me suis décidée car je n'en pouvais plus. Je faisais crise sur crise .Cordarone et flécaïne étaient inefficaces. De plus les effets secondaires sont graves.Le rytmologue m'avait informée que cela pouvait ne pas marcher et qu' une 2eme opération pouvait être nécessaire. L'opération a duré 3 heures et a été très complexe. Après l'opération, j'ai continué à avoir des crises, mais elles étaient moins fortes et plus courtes. Pour moi, c'était beaucoup mieux. Avec l'accord du cardio, j'ai arrêté la cordarone. En novembre 2014, j'ai fait une crise qui ne passait plus malgré une dose de flécaïne maximum. j'ai revu le rytmologue qui m'a dit de stopper la flécaïne inutile. Il m'a dit qu'un nouveau foyer s'était déclaré. La solution était de faire une 2eme ablation. Cette fois, l'opération serait plus courte car il savait ce qu'il avait fait la 1ere fois. L'opération a eu lieu le 7 janvier 2015. Et depuis ce jour-là, je n'ai plus jamais fait de crise. Cela fait exactement quatre ans. Je mène une vie normale et ne souhaite qu'une chose, c'est que cela dure le plus longtemps possible;  J'ai une oreillette fibrosée et une fuite mitrale qui n'a pas bougé depuis 11 ans. Ma fibrillation a été découverte par hasard en juin 2006. Je n'ai qu'un regret, c'est que mon cardio ne m'ait jamais proposé une telle opération .C'est moi et mon médecin qui avons pris la décision.  Mais je pense qu'il ne faut pas hésiter à la faire le plus tôt possible. Les chances de guérison sont possibles quand c'est pris très tôt. Bon courage à tous. Je vous donne mon âge : 77ans le 13 janvier.

Merci pour votre contribution Arabella. Je pense en effet que c'est mieux de s'en occuper le plus tôt possible pour que les choses n'empirent pas avec le temps et l'âge.. Ça me confirme qu'il vaut mieux le faire. J'ai 55 ans. A bientôt.

@Frenun1  Quand je lis votre témoignage ça ma donne espoir

J'ai 42 ans et je suis un traitement depuis 2 ans (flecaine 200mg et bisoprolol 1.25)

Rien pendant 1 an mais cette année j'ai eu plusieurs épisodes qui ont duré de 5 minutes à 3 heures

Tout revient normal chaque fois soit tout seul soit avec une dose de Flecaine mais c'est handicapant car essouflé et tête qui tourne etc

Mon cardio me propose une ablation car je veux faire un bb

Votre histoire me donne espoir
